The Role: Provide essential administrative and operational support across East Coast operations. Work closely with Product Support, Sales, Parts & Workshop teams and management to keep operations running smoothly.

You will be/have:

  • Support operational tasks across PST, Workshop, and Transport teams
  • Process work orders, job cards, and timesheets accurately
  • Answer customer and dealer enquiries professionally
  • Maintain compliance documentation and internal records
  • Assist with stocktakes and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Coordinate induction and training for new team members
  • 3–5 years experience in Admin/Operations Support (logistics, warehousing or distribution preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude, team player, can-do spirit
  • Available on-site in Wagga Wagga 5 days/week

Warranty Manager

Warranty Manager

WELSHPOOL, WA · Full-time · $85,000 – $95,000 pa (based on skills & experience)

The Role: Work closely with Product Support & Parts Teams to manage all warranty processes. Reporting to the General Manager, key duties include lodging warranty registrations, reviewing and triaging incoming warranty claims, liaising with teams to determine claim outcomes, tracking claim patterns, revising warranty documents, and submitting internal & external claims to manufacturers. Ensure fair outcomes for all parties involved.

You will be/have:

  • Experience in warranty management or similar, preferably in the agriculture sector
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to identify patterns and ensure claim continuity
  • Flexible and willing to ‘go the extra mile’
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
