Workshop Supervisor

FULL-TIME, WELSHPOOL WA

We are currently seeking a mechanically minded & hands-on Workshop & Assembly Supervisor to join our Welshpool team. The Assembly Workshop Supervisor is a position responsible for supervising the daily activities within the workshop. 

Role Overview

The role will bring together the assembly and pre-delivery functions to ensure operational and scheduled delivery targets are achieved, and will focus on continuous improvement whilst ensuring company procedures, processes, policies and safety guidelines are adhered to.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise & assign tasks to workshop personnel to achieve assembly efficiency
  • Pre-delivery testing & preparation for delivery
  • Monitor & maintain workshop equipment pre-start inspections, maintenance & repairs
  • Receive incoming assembly related freight & document quality & components of machines supplied by OEM

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with mechanical knowledge
  • Experience in supervising workshop personnel 
  • Current C Class driver license & forklift licence
  • Heavy Vehicle Pilot license & HC license (highly desirable)
